Coming from:
- Coming from Antwerp: take the exit Gent Centrum (= the first exit after Gentbrugge) on the E17.
- Coming from Brussels: take the exit Gent Centrum (= the first exit after Merelbeke R4) on the E40.
- Coming from Kortrijk: take the exit Gent Centrum (= the first exit after Oostende / Brussel) on the E17.
- Coming from Oostende (Ostend): take the exit Gent on the E40; you are now on the E17, take the exit Gent Centrum.
Ghent:
- On the viaduct you can choose between "Gent Centrum" and "Andere Richtingen" : take right "Andere Richtingen" and drive down along the viaduct until the traffic lights.
- Take right at the traffic lights, and join immediately to the left (here is a signpost "R4 Zelzate"). You are now on the "small ring road" and have to follow it in order to drive around the city of Ghent.
- At a certain moment you will reach a big roundabout: you have to make nearly a complete circle in order to continue straight, follow the direction Eeklo.
- You continue to follow the same road: after a sharp turn to the left you will see at your right side a Q8-gas station. Immediately after you will pass three consecutive traffic lights. You continue straight on (don’t follow here the direction Eeklo-Zelzate at your right side!).
- You are now on the Blaisantvest. After a few hundred meters you will see at your right side the supermarkets ALDI and BRICO. Rabotvins is just in front of these stores. Just take left at the next traffic lights and then immediately left again to enter the Vogelenzang (the Vogelenzang is the small street parallel to the Blaisantvest).
