Origins of the brand
Firmin and Jacques De Schepper, sons of Emile De Schepper, founder of NV RABOTVINS, composed the aperitif and named it Forte d’Oro in 1984. Since 1990 Forte d’Oro has been the showpiece of Rabotvins.
Features and composition
Forte d’Oro is a subtle composition of sweet wine, sugar and extracts. The wine is the base of the product and represents 93% of the total volume.

Forte d’Oro Prestige
- A mixture of the base wines of Forte d’Oro Special Fine Red with older liqueur wines which have aged in barrels. The product obtained can be compared to the more expensive liqueur wines such as Banyuls, Maury or Port. The product is delivered in an exceptionally nice packaging: frosted port bottle, long pilferproof capsule, individual luxurious gift box, numbered bottles.
